  • You will be based on Ward 16 at SGH
  • To assist and support members of the multi-professional team in order to provide a high standard of patient - cantered care; performing duties without the need for constant direct supervision.
  • Being part of a forward thinking, dynamic, supportive and friendly team

Main duties of the job

  • Assist the nursing team
  • Undertake Personal care on patients and assisting with ADL's
  • Support the families
  • Help with general cleanliness and upkeep of the ward
  • Support the medics with procedures
