- You will be based on Ward 16 at SGH
- To assist and support members of the multi-professional team in order to provide a high standard of patient - cantered care; performing duties without the need for constant direct supervision.

Main duties of the job
- Assist the nursing team
- Undertake Personal care on patients and assisting with ADL's
- Support the families
- Help with general cleanliness and upkeep of the ward
- Support the medics with procedures
