Job summary

Providing bereavement leadership within the Early Pregnancy/Gynaecology service, as the Early Pregnancy Loss Lead Bereavement Nurse, you will play an integral part in the service delivery and development in the field of bereavement care for patients within the gynaecology remit.

  • oRegistered Nurse
  • oQualification in Speciality - Early Pregnancy/Gynaecology/Bereavement
  • oMentorship preparation programme or equivalent e.g. 997 / 998, or on live register of mentors
  • oCompetent in the use on standard IT packages and the aptitude to learn how to use new IT systems

Desirable

  • Evidence of further study/knowledge at master's level or equivalent.
  • Recognised leadership qualification or equivalent experience
  • Specialist training in bereavement care
  • Coaching and counselling qualification
  • Evidence of commitment to continuous learning and application in practice.
