Job summary

To provide an efficient high level administrative and project support service to the Associate Director of Central Operations and their teams. The postholder will be required to demonstrate excellent organizational and secretarial skills and have the ability to work independently, using discretion and judgement were appropriate and managing their own workload.

The post holder will maintain the clerical and electronic project library systems including project documentation database(s), collate reports/SITREPS and source information to assist the management team achieve its objectives.

The post holder will be based in the Operation Centre DPOW and act as the first point of contact for enquiries for service users and external stakeholders

Main duties of the job

Collating, inputting, monitoring and checking data to support on-going projects and performance reporting within the service. Processing requisitions and invoan accurate formal record of meeting minutes or action notes and follows up actions agreed in a timely manner. Ensures attendees are provided with meeting papers in advance, maintains ensure the smooth running of the Operation Centre environment and work area. The production, to a high standard, of correspondence, reports and presentation material as directed.ices for regular and ad hoc ordering of stock and equipment.
