Job summary
The WebV Systems team requires a system application specialist with strong communication and analytical skills to join the team within Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust.This is a key role within the team with regards to the direction of the product features and working with stakeholders to identify how the system can help to serve the local and wider health service. Role should support the team in establishing and maintaining quality assurance processes for data, conducting regular audits to assess and improve data quality and customizing software settings to meet specific business requirements.Working with all departments and staff groups within three hospitals and across other organisations, the post holder will join an agile team of developers/clinical leaders/testers/project support, committed to providing bespoke software for both clinical and administrative applications to improve patient care and safety.
Main duties of the job
To work as part of a core digital service team to provide high quality, efficient systems development and support for the Trust primarily including support for the WebV Systems.
Main duties involve gathering and analysing business requirements for the in-house EPR (WebV) as well as other systems the Trust deploys, and those which it has developed itself.
Work with internal and external customers to analyse work processes in order to create process maps and detailed product specifications.
Addressing data configuration related inquiries, resolving issues, and offering guidance to users
Following company policies and procedures during customer interactions.
Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products or services offered.
Although the post holder will be expected to work independently organising their workload, teamwork is an essential part of the job. Individuals must be able to demonstrate effective communication and analytical skills.
