The Humber Acute Services Programme is a complex and exciting programme of change. It is about designing the future of core hospital services for the whole of the Humber region including in partnership with community, primary care networks and other healthcare providers. Absolutely vital to its success will be the effective planning and development of the implementation plans with operational, clinical and non-clinical teams.
This is an exciting role for someone looking for a challenge and opportunity to develop their skills and experience in a fast-paced environment working across different services and providers internally and externally.
Main duties of the job
The Transformation Manager will play a vital role in developing the detailed plans to implement the outcomes of the Humber Acute Services programme and potential service changes. The role will involve excellent communication skills, an understanding of clinical and operational services and key interdependencies. They will work collaboratively with members of the Humber Acute Service programme team, key stakeholders within the Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust (NLaG), Hull University Teaching Hospitals (HUTH) as well as Humber & North Yorkshire Integrated Care Partnership and community/primary providers.
