We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Clinical Perfusionist (Clinical Manager) to lead and deliver a safe, efficient and reliable perfusion service.
Main duties of the job
This role is a 12 month fixed term opportunity to cover maternity leave. The post holder will be responsible for the clinical management of cardiopulmonary bypass and related perfusion services. Leading the perfusion service, ensuring high-quality patient care and excellent clinical outcomes. This is a senior clinical leadership role, combining advanced specialist practice with responsibility for service delivery, staff management and multidisciplinary collaboration.
The successful postholder will be required to fully participate in the On-Call service.
