Job summary

The Cardiac Healthcare Science Service Manager works directly with the Cardiac Scientific team and Clinicians in the provision of specialist clinical service for the investigation and treatment of cardiac diseases, developing a range of services for the Trust across the Royal Stoke University site the County site and the Community Diagnostic Centre.

Main duties of the job

The Cardiac Healthcare Science Service Manager will play a major role in co-ordinating cardiac scientific education for the Directorate and the Trust. A major part of this role is to facilitate and promote learning and education. He/she must be able to act as the Professional Lead and advise all staff on professional issues. He/She must maintain a clinical input and keep up to date with professional issues.
