Main duties of the job
TheWaiting ListManager will beassistingthe Imaging Senior Management team in ensuring there is efficient and effectivewaiting list/operational management withinthe CDC and all the services that it supports to enable it todeliver high quality patient care within the resources available.
The post holder willbe requiredto work flexiblyin order todeliver the Directorate/ CDCagenda and offer support to other colleagues across the operationaland clinicalmanagement team as and whenrequired.
The post holder will ensure monitoring and validation waiting lists/reporting backlogswhilst alsomonitoringand driving utilisation for theCDCserviceas a whole, withthe focus on pathway achievementand reporting TAT.This will involve liaising with administration staffand clinical staffincluding themultidisciplinaryteamspecialtiesthroughout the trust. They willprovideappropriate linemanagementasrequired.
You will work as a team with both the Operational Service Managers and Senior Operational Service Manager across the Imaging Directorate and the CDC management team to assist in the delivery of departmental KPI's.You will produce accurate validation to ensure up to date preparation of performance data to be presented at weekly Performance Meetings.
