An opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking, proactive, highly professional and dynamic secretary to join the Unplanned Care Group, supporting the senior management team.
The Unplanned Care Group operates over 2 sites, managing 3 Clinical Business Units (CBUs), encompassing Urgent & Emergency Care, Medicine and Specialised Medicine.
Main duties of the job
This is a key role requiring excellent organisational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced NHS environment. You will act as a central point of contact for the Unplanned Care Group, ensuring the smooth coordination of meetings, communications, and documentation.

The post holder will work closely with the Care Group Medical Director, Care Group Nurse Director, Divisional Operations Director, Heads of Operations, organising diaries, taking minutes of core meetings, responding to auditing processes, maintenance of governance structure, managing rotas and ensuring the smooth running of the administration for the team.
We are looking for an individual who is conscientious, with excellent computer skills, who can work independently or part of a team. Previous experience of working in the NHS is desirable, but not essential.
