Supervise and educate junior colleagues.
Take an active part in the teaching of both qualified and unqualified staff, and students from the multidisciplinary team
To present a positive, professional image of the organization and the ambulatory team
To take the leads for a 'specific' specialty/clinic,e.g lower urinary tract assessment (to ensure expert knowledge and trouble shoot in that area of expertise). The type of speciality/clinic varies.
To order relevant lower urinary tract assessment investigations, fully meeting Irmer regulations.
To take charge of an area in the absence of the person who has continuing responsibility.
