Job summary

At present, University Hospitals of North Midlands is unable to offer visa sponsorship for Band 2 to Band 4 roles, as these positions do not meet the minimum salary and skill thresholds required under UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations.

  • GCSE Maths and English at grade C/4 or Level 2 Functional Skills for Maths and English.

If you hold overseas GCSE equivalent qualifications, you will need to bring an ECCTIS comparability statement for you GCSE equivalent qualifications along with your original certificate

  • A Full Care CertificateORNVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (we can only accept NVQ's from a regulated awarding body).

If you do not bring the above qualifications to your interview, then the interview will not proceed.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic nursing assistant to join our busy outpatient team. In this post you will be responsible for providing some basic elements of patient care, assisting with procedures/chaperoning and some clerical duties such as dealing with patient notes and referrals. Our aim is to ensure our patients receive the highest standard of patient care. In this post you will be responsible for providing some basic elements of patient care, assisting with procedures/chaperoning and organising the daily running of the clinics.
