We have an exciting new opportunity for a Senior Operational Services Manager within the Respiratory, Gastroenterology and Infectious Diseases Directorate working closely with the Clinical Director, Directorate Manager and senior leadership team.

We are looking for an outstanding Senior Operational Services Manager within the Respiratory, Gastroenterology and Infectious Diseases Directorate who puts our patients first, interacts well with the team, wants to develop professionally and has great problem solving skills.
As the Senior Operational Services Manager you will play a crucial role within the Directorate to ensure efficient and effective operational management.
You will support the team in ensuring that national and local targets are delivered . You will assist with the management of complaints and to deputise for the senior leadership team wherever necessary.
We are looking for someone who would like to develop within a management role that is able to demonstrate excellent inter-personal and communication skills, with the ability to forge and maintain relationships.
The ability to manage a busy workload and to prioritise, quickly find solutions is essential.
