Job summary
We are looking for Administration Support to join the UHNM Trust Admin Bank to work in our various divisions in various roles.
Some of the roles which we currently have available are outlined below:
- Ward Clerk
- Receptionist
- Medical Secretary
- Administration Support
The team are seeking people who are immediately available and are able to work at least 3 weekdays per week Monday to Friday between 8am and 6pm. At present we do not have a requirement for evening and weekend workers.

Main duties of the job
You must be experienced in using Microsoft Office products, (Outlook, Word and Excel) and Ideally you will have experience using Careflow and iPortal or similar NHS systems.
You will need to be hardworking and flexible. You will be a self-starter, organised, reliable and an excellent communicator who is able to work with a variety of staff.
Previous experience working within the NHS would be an advantage however, this is not essential.
