Job summary

Are you looking to join a supportive innovative Clinical Education Team to develop midwifery skills at UHNM? Our Team are looking for a dynamic individual to help develop our training programme.

Main duties of the job

o To facilitate Midwives in the ward/department/specialty in identifying opportunities for trainingand education to maintain and improve standards of care.o To support and facilitate innovation in care provision in a structured and systematic way.o To offer professional guidance and support to midwives.o To develop guidelines and implement developments in practice, and ensure these are audited.o Provide education and training to midwives and other members of the multidisciplinary team.o To offer professional guidance and support to clinical staff.
