We are looking to appoint a cheerful and motivated person with great interpersonal skills to cover the maternity leave of our current Rota Co-ordinator/Admin Support, this includes the development, maintenance and administration of systems for the management of specific rotas. This will also include ensuring that the rotas are published and distributed in a timely manner.

Main duties of the job
Key tasks include:
- To ensure rotas are published and distributed in a timely manner and where changes are required, this is communicated.
- To assist the Pharmacy Team Leaders/Senior Technicians with maintaining master rotas and co-ordinating changes to rotas.
- The post holder is required to provide administrative and secretarial to the Senior Management Team and to the Pharmacy Directorate as a whole.
The applicant must be extremely flexible both in their approach to work and be able to work as part of a team working towards ensuring all targets and deadlines are achieved within the department.
