An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced nurse or AHP (NMC or HCPC registered) to facilitate effective patient flow through the hospital site. You will work within a team to coordinate elective and emergency pathways whilst maintaining patient safety and providing visible leadership.

We are seeking a dynamic, confident and motivated clinical leader to join our expanding corporate clinical site management team. Main duties of the job

Working shifts over a 24-hour period, you will provide out of hours senior nursing support and clinical advice to all areas and support the clinical site manager to deliver effective patient flow. You will be responsible for maintaining an accurate capacity position and escalating concerns to the CSM and capacity leadership team. You will work closely with the divisional management teams, to prioritise safety and quality care for all our patients to promote positive patient outcomes and ultimately enhance the patient's hospital journey.

The senior clinical patient flow coordinator role is diverse, and you will need to be flexible and adaptable in an ever-changing environment, with an ability to remain composed during periods of extreme pressure

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are an essential requirement of the role, in order to develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders.
