  • Fully qualified Accountant (CCAB or other equivalent)
  • Evidence of continuing professional and personal development

Desirable

  • Postgraduate level management qualification

Knowledge and Experience

Essential

  • Substantive experience in a large and complex organisation and expose to organisation
  • Extensive experience of strategic Level
  • Achieved results in difficult financial climate in an organisation with limited opportunities to increase profit/income
  • Experience of leading the Implementation of service improvementincluding complex change management programmes at a management level

Desirable

  • Experience of managing risk associated with service change
  • Achieved results in difficult financial climate in an organisation with limited opportunities to increase profit/income

Leadership and Management Skills

Essential

  • Strategic vision, can formulate financial strategy in addition to undertaking operational needs
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to adopt flexible approaches to achieve best outcomes for the organization where hostile and antagonistic atmospheres may exist
