Job summary
This is a Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire-wide post working across hospital and community settings.
The post holder will work autonomously as a specialised advanced practice physiotherapist, in conjunction with the Specialist PPHS Midwifery team to manage the clinical delivery of care within the Perinatal Pelvic Health Service.
They will provide expert advice for women and birthing people requiring pelvic health care.

To use motivational and negotiation skills in the treatment of women and birthing people in your specialist area. To gain consent and compliance with treatment where there may be significant barriers to communication e.g. cognitive impairment, behavioural problems, low awareness.
To communicate and process complex and sensitive information to and from women and birthing people, carers, and the multi-disciplinary team.
