Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen within UHNM. We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Centre for Nursing, Midwifery and Allied Health Professions Research and Education Excellence (CeNREE).
The post is permanent full-time (37.5-hours per week).
Main duties of the job
The post holder will have responsibility for co-ordinating the activities of CeNREE meetings & events, and supporting the CeNREE Team. This will include liaising with a number of departments within the Trust & other hospitals. The post holder will be involved in providing core services to ensure that a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service is provided to the CeNREE Team, ensuring the meetings run effectively, are well structured & all discussions are accurately recorded. The post holder will be expected to use their own initiative on a daily basis.
We are looking for a dynamic individual who will provide administrative expertise and have high standards of quality, attention to detail and time management. You will be a critical member of the CeNREE team.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication, organisational, IT skills & will be familiar with Trust administration systems. Previous experience of working in health research and a fast-paced team would be an advantage; however, other relevant experience with transferrable skills will be considered.
