Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Officer to work within our busy recruitment office based at UHNM.

This role requires you to provide an effective and efficient full Recruitment service to the Trust. This is a fast paced environment where you will work closely with other members of the Recruitment team and with managers across the Trust ensuring an efficient service is provided in the recruitment of staff. You will be responsible for managing your own caseload therefore you will require excellent organisational, communication and time management skills.

Main duties of the job

The role involves, liaising daily with internal and external candidates, Hiring Managers, external service providers and various staff across the Trust at all levels. You will also use various recruitment systems where necessary training will be provided.You will have good IT skills, with a good knowledge of Microsoft packages and a working knowledge of recruitment and selection processes.
