Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for the ideal candidate to join a pro-active, enthusiastic and successful team within Keele University's School of Medicine.
Based at the Royal Stoke University Hospital Campus, you will contribute to the provision of an efficient and comprehensive administrative service to the School of Medicine, assisting teaching staff and supporting students located on that site.
Main duties of the job
In liaison with Year, Unit and Block Leads and other clinical staff, you will undertake a variety of timetabling related activities, including assisting in the scheduling of student clinical placements, seminars and bedside teaching, small group tutorials, lectures and workshops.
A flexible approach is essential, as is the need to be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise set tasks/objectives.
You will have a minimum of 4 GCSE grades A-C including Mathematics and English or equivalent, or significant relevant experience, and bring excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and team working skills, and the ability to work accurately with good attention to detail.

- EDCL Level II/Clait Plus/RSA Level II or equivalent NVQ level II, or equivalent experience. For vocational qualifications, IT elements should include use of Microsoft Office packages
