Job summary
- Hours of work mon/ tues/wed/ fri 1100-1600 - 20 hoursCompleting Clinic
- Alteration forms( CAFS) as requested by the secretaries and divisions
- Cancelling and suspending clinics and passing the details to the admin Supports so patients can either be rebooked or added to partial book waiting lists
- Keeping the division's updated on patients that are being booked near to the 52 week breach date target
- Working with admin supports so all news and follow up slots are filled as any slots unutilised is lost revenue to the Trust
- Keeping booking rules up to date
- Working with Divisions to complete permanent changes so the clinics run efficiently
