Job summary

  • Hours of work mon/ tues/wed/ fri 1100-1600 - 20 hoursCompleting Clinic
  • Alteration forms( CAFS) as requested by the secretaries and divisions
  • Cancelling and suspending clinics and passing the details to the admin Supports so patients can either be rebooked or added to partial book waiting lists
  • Keeping the division's updated on patients that are being booked near to the 52 week breach date target
  • Working with admin supports so all news and follow up slots are filled as any slots unutilised is lost revenue to the Trust
  • Keeping booking rules up to date
  • Working with Divisions to complete permanent changes so the clinics run efficiently

Main duties of the job

Essential

  • 5 GRADE C'S OR ABOVE TO INCLUDE MATHS AND ENGLISH or NVQ LEVEL 3 EQUIVALENT

Desirable

  • PREVIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PREFEBALY NHS ENVIROMENT

  • PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE OF INPUTTING DATA ACCURATELY
