Job summary

The post holder is required to undertake the typing of clinical letters for the nurse led urological services, populate nurse led multidisciplinary clinics, distribute and file documents as and when required.Answer and deal with telephone enquiries.The post holder will also be compliant with the Patient Access Policy and Divisional requirements in terms of waiting list management
