Job summary

University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Operational Services Manager to join the Directorate of General Surgery and Urology to work closely with the Senior Management Team to ensure that the Trust and Divisional objectives are achieved.

Main duties of the job

You will report to the Directorate Manager providing day-to-day operational management support as directed to ensure the objectives of the Directorate are achieved. There will be a strong emphasis on leading and implementing various projects requiring effective communication with internal and external colleagues.

A flexible approach is essential, as is the need to be self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks/objectives.
