Job summary

We have a very exciting opportunity for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our Fracture Neck of Femur Senior nursing team.

This senior nursing team would welcome applications from individuals who feel they can meet the demands and needs of this specialist area.

Ward 225 cares for a variety of patients who have sustained a Fractured Neck Of Femur and also have complex conditions and needs that require specialist skills and knowledge to aid and maximise their recovery.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will have excellent organisational skills, good communication skills with a minimum of 12 months experience of working in an acute hospital setting ideally within a trauma and orthopaedics setting. We are looking for a committed team player who has high standards, is passionate about improving the patient experience. You will play a key role within the Senior Team supporting the Ward Manager and the wider ward team.
