Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the team on Ward 14 at County Hospital, UHNM as a Diversional Therapist. This is an exciting new role that will support older adult patients whilst they are in the hospital setting.

Main duties of the job

To act as a central person on the ward areas to plan and deliver activities for our older adult patients

Liaise with all members of the multidisciplinary team to provide individualised care and activities suited to the needs of the older adult patients
