The Royal College of Radiologists (RCR) college tutor is integral to the delivery of training in clinical radiology and the maintainence of quality assurance. They are responsible for supporting supervisors & educators in the delivery of the training programmes to all trainees and supporting the professional development of SAS & locally employed doctors within their department. They should work to maintain a learning environment which is challenging, supportive and, where appropriate, multi-professional.
