An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated, enthusiastic band 5 Staff Nurse to join the Neurology Ambulatory Care Unit (NACU) at County hospital, UHNM. NACU is a nurse led outpatient unit that specialises in neurological day case treatments, investigations and interventions, working alongside neurological specialists at all levels. If successful, the candidate will have the opportunity to gain new specialised skills and a wealth of learning opportunities within a friendly and supportive team.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will have good communication skills and should have experience of working in an acute hospital setting ideally within a neurological setting. We are looking for a committed team player who has high standards and is passionate about improving the patient experience.

NACU delivers ground-breaking treatments for neurological conditions including MS and migraine in an outpatient day unit setting.
