The post is joint with County Hospital. There are 6 Dental Core Trainees. The SHO's form one rota - a 1:6, based at Royal Stoke covering both Stoke and County hospitals (travelling to Stafford whilst on call is not required).

University Hospitals of North Midlands has two sites: Royal Stoke University Hospital, located in Stoke-on-Trent, and County Hospital, located in Stafford. From these hospitals we provide a full range of general acute hospital services for people living in and around Staffordshire and beyond. - BDS or equivalent/MBBS or equivalent
- Full GDC/GMC registration

Clinical Experience
Essential
- 12 Months of Post Graduate experience in any dental speciality either in the UK/EEC or abroad (including General Practice)
- Experience of Emergency Department, ENT, or Ophthalmology
Desirable
- Previous experience at SHO level in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
