Job summary
We are recruiting Clinical Support Workers to join our nursing teams at South Warwickshire University NHS Foundation Trust, with a range of opportunities available across our hospital sites and within our community teams.
Clinical Support Workers play a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care, supporting the smooth flow of patients through the hospital and into the wider community. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure patients receive safe, effective, and person-centred care throughout their journey across our services.

We are currently accepting applications for both full-time and part-time positions. Roles involve rotational shift working, including days, nights, weekends, and bank holidays, with unsocial hours enhancements.
Main duties of the job
Clinical Support Worker's deliver high-quality, caring and compassionate personal care, along with associated duties, under the direction and supervision of a registered professional, working as part of a multidisciplinary team.
As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW), you will make a valuable contribution to the delivery of high-quality care within the Trust. You will support registered professionals in providing safe, effective, and compassionate care to patients and their relatives.
