Senior Clinical Support Worker - Rigby Unit

Job summary

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and experienced Support Worker to join our team. This role will be full-time at 37.5 hours per week.

Leading a team of Clinical Support Workers, this post offers an exciting opportunity to assist in the delivery of high quality patient care within a supportive environment. You will primarily work in the reception/outpatient area but will be expected to undertake a wide variety of both administrative and clinical duties.

You will primarily work from Monday to Friday. This may also include evenings and bank holidays on a rotational basis. Flexible team working is essential to meet our service needs.

Experience as a Health Care Assistant, reception duties and proven computer skills are essential. You should have achieved or be working towards an NVQ level 3.

Main duties of the job

The Band 3 Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction but not direct supervision of the registered staff and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.

As a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high quality healthcare, supporting the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate patient care.
