Job summary
The Clinical Support Worker - Bank employees are on a zero-hour contract giving the flexibility for staff to work the shifts around their own personal commitments. We have opportunities across our main hospital sites - Warwick, Stratford, Leamington Rehabilitation Hospitals, and community nursing across South and North Warwickshire.
A minimum of 6 months care experience is essential. Full training and induction will be provided, you will need to be reliable, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individual. You must possess excellent communication skills and be extremely adaptable to changing situations. It is essential that you are punctual and work well independently and within a team environment, as well as working under Trust Policies.
Main duties of the job
The Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionatepersonal care and associated duties under the direction and supervision of theregistered professional and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
As a Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and importantcontribution to the delivery of high-quality healthcare in the Trust. Your role is tosupport the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionatecare to patients and their relatives.
