Job summary
Urgent Community Response South (Stratford Upon Avon & Leamington Spa)
UCR is well established team of highly skilled clinicians working together to support urgent response visits (within a 2hour and same day timeframe) and prevent hospital admissions for patients in their own home.
The successful candidate will be involved in a number of clinical tasks such as ECGs, venepuncture, wound-care, taking patient observations, assisting with falls pick-ups and much more.The CSW will work very closely with the Urgent Response Nurses within the team and be delegated tasks. They will also be required to support the night time shifts with rapid response as/when required from 8pm - 8am.
We are looking for someone who is able to work on their own initiative, at a fast pace and have excellent communication and organisation skills.

Main duties of the job
The Band 3 Clinical Support Worker will undertake high quality, caring and compassionate personal care and associated duties under the direction but not direct supervision of the registered staff and working as part of the multi-disciplinary team.
As a Band 3 Clinical Support Worker (CSW) you make a valuable and important contribution to the delivery of high quality healthcare, supporting the registered professional in the delivery of safe, effective, compassionate patient care.
