We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, highly organised, and ambitious Team Coordinator to support the Operational Programme Management Unit with administrative tasks, coordination of project documentation and milestone planning, and analysing data. Please note this post does not provide Prince2 training however, you will be required to undertakeQSIR as part of your mandatory training.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the delivery of the Emergency and Urgent Care Programme of work and delivery of key performance indicators.The post holder will report directly to the OPMU Project Manager but will work closely with all members of the OPMU and operational and clinical teams in each specialty to support the organised and effective coordination of projects and programmes within the team. Working with the team to coordinate project documentation and developing new and innovative ways to promote projects within the OPMU. Analysing data and identifying key themes and trends. Organising meetings and working groups and managing meeting documentation including maintaining forward agendas and minuting meetings. Liaising with key stakeholders and being the main point of contact for the OPMU, coordinating team activity.
