Administration & Clerical Assistant -15 hours per week (Mondays essential, other hours by negotiation)
The Advanced Clinical Practitioner team are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Band 3 - Administration Assistant to provide day to day support to clinicians.
This role is integral to the success and smooth running of this community nursing team and is highly valued; we are a very dynamic nursing team that provides skilled nursing care to a large practice population in and around Nuneaton and Bedworth.
As part of the team you will be assisting with the day to day running of a demanding service. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate previous appropriate experience, have excellent communication skills and computer skills, be motivated and have a desire to deliver high standards within a demanding environment.

Main duties of the job
Provide high quality, administrative support to the Integrated Health Team, Professional Leads and Locality Manager.
Supervise junior members of staff in conjunction with Professional Leads.

Input into Health Roster: e-expenses, e-roster shift changes, annual leave changes.
Datix: Check incident actions, collate incidents, create reports from incidents to assist Team / Professional Leads and Locality Manager.
Scheduling / GAP caseload maintenance and problem solving.
Support Band 2 Administrative staff.
Referral and data inputting.
Data collection to assist Team / Professional Lead and Locality Manager to produce CQUIN / KPI reports.
Data collection to assist Teams / Professional Lead and Locality Manager to produce data quality reports.
To update as instructed by Team / Professional Lead and Locality Manager, Team action plan as required.
Update Lone Worker buddy system.
Receive supervision from team / Professional Leads. This may be face to face or by telephone or email.
Participate in the Management of Change, making constructive suggestions to how the service can be improved.
Demonstrate an awareness of cost efficiency and effectiveness.
Makes constructive suggestions on the appropriate use of resource.
Participates in team meetings and take notes as appropriate.
Reports to Team / Professional Lead / Locality Manager on an identified needs basis.
Plans and prioritizes own work load developing skills and knowledge to contribute to the development of others.
Demonstrates a commitment to abide by Trust Policies and Procedures and comply with Health & Safety legislation.
The post holder will have in depth working knowledge of the relevant systems used within the team setting.
The post holder will be required to use a computer, either a stand-alone or as part of a networked system and will be responsible for the quality of information. The amount of time spent on this type of work will depend on the job.
The post holder will ensure there is an appropriate filing system in place which meets the requirements of Information Governance and the management of confidential information.
