Job summary
Reporting to the Education Manager,lead a team of educators todeliver a variety of training duties, providing leadership support and escalation for both local and service-wide delivery.
Reporting to the Education Manager,be responsible fordevising, delivering,monitoringand reporting on training and development courses for onboarding courses,Education Day delivery in their countiesand co-ordinate all requests foradditionaleducation or training.
Main duties of the job
Represent the Education Team in county-based leadership teams and be the single point of contact for educational workstreams.
Provide a link between operations and education for teams-based working and ensure timelyresponse is provided to those seeking educational support.
Provide clinical supervision for Lead Practice Educators.
Monitor student and apprentice progress within their county in partnership with the Practice Education and Apprenticeship teams.
Acting as the main point of contact for advanced technical help and advice relating to education.
