Job summary
Are you passionate about developing others and driving positive change? We are seeking a dynamic Leadership Coach to join our People Directorate and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of leadership and management across our Trust.
As the Leadership Coach, you will be the core facilitator for the design, delivery, and management of our leadership and management development programmes. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to ensure our training meets both organisational and individual needs, supporting the Trust's strategic objectives and commitment to strong leadership and effective team working.
Main duties of the job
You will:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of Trust-wide leadership development initiatives.
- Design and facilitate engaging learning events using a variety of methods, including workshops, coaching, mentoring, and e-learning.
- Evaluate and continuously improve our programmes to ensure they deliver real impact and value for money.
- Support the embedding of the Trust's values and behaviours through all training and development activities.
- Provide expert advice, mentoring, and coaching to staff and leaders, helping them navigate challenges and achieve their potential.
