Job summary

We have an exciting opportunity for Bank Leadership Development Trainers to join our progressive and professional People Directorate. Our function provides extremely high-quality services to the entire Trust, supporting a workforce of over 6,000 across the South West.

As a Bank Leadership Development Trainer, you will act as a core facilitator delivering the Trust's programme of leadership and management development. You'll deliver a range of blended learning opportunities--both face-to-face and virtually--ensuring our leaders and teams are equipped to thrive in a rapidly evolving NHS environment.

A key enabler for the Leadership Development Trainer is the ability to create engaging, motivating, and psychologically safe learning environments. This empowers participants to learn effectively, supports strong leadership, and helps embed the organisation's values and behaviours through all training delivered.Please note the JD is subject to Job Evaluation review

Main duties of the job

You will act as a facilitator, as part of the Leadership Coaching Team, for the delivery of the Trust's programme of leadership and management development

You will deliver blended learning through core programmes and self-directed resources to support strong leadership and effective team working across the Trust.

You will facilitate specific learning and development events and group/team processes using a range of learning methods such as training, workshops, briefings, webinars, eLearning, coaching and mentoring etc.

You will support embedding the Trust's values and behaviours through all delivered training

You will support the evaluation of the leadership and management development programmes

In collaboration with the wider People Directorate, you will support the development of a range of self-directed/accessible learning for our leaders
