You will oversee educational responsibilities across the southern region covering Devon, Cornwall, and Dorset.

Main duties of the job

Lead with purpose: Manage a team of education professionals across multiple counties, providing leadership, direction, and support to ensure outstanding delivery of clinical training and development.

Drive educational excellence: Oversee statutory and mandatory training, onboarding, and clinical development initiatives to meet compliance and enhance workforce capability.

Collaborate with impact: Partner with operational and clinical teams to align education with service priorities--ensuring our workforce is fully prepared to meet patient needs.

Innovate and improve: Champion new methods of learning, including the use of digital technologies and simulation-based training. Constantly seek ways to improve outcomes and learner experiences.

Assure and deliver results: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), manage budgets effectively, and provide assurance on education delivery and workforce readiness.

Inspire future talent: Foster a culture of learning and continuous professional development while creating a welcoming and structured onboarding experience for new starter
