Are you an organised, proactive and people-focused administrator looking to take the next step in your career? Our Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) are seeking a dedicatedAdministrative Lead to ensure the smooth and effective running of our busy service.
As the Administrative Lead, you will play a vital part in supporting the delivery of high-quality mental health services to children, young people and families. You will oversee the day-to-day administrative functions within the locality and line-manage a small team of administrative and clerical staff.
Your role will involve ensuring the MHST has the right level of administrative support at all times, enabling our clinical teams to focus on providing excellent care. You will provide a consistent, professional point of contact for members of the public and internal colleagues--often within a fast-paced and varied workload.
Main duties of the job
To provide the necessary administrative support, to enable the efficient and effective functioning of the MHST service. This includes supervision and appraisal of the MHST administrative and clerical staff within the Locality. The post holder will provide a consistent efficient service to the members of the public and team members in the context of a diverse and varying workload; ensuring there is adequate administrative and clerical resource to effectively support its clinical staff.
