Job summary
We're looking for an experienced and passionate leader to head our Staff Health and Wellbeing and Occupational Health services. In this role, you will shape and deliver a Trust-wide wellbeing offer that genuinely supports our people to stay healthy, engaged and able to thrive.
You will lead the Health and Wellbeing Team, work closely with senior leaders and clinical services, and manage our partnerships with Occupational Health and the Employee Assistance Programme. You'll design, implement and evaluate wellbeing initiatives, ensuring our services are proactive, evidence-based and meet the needs of our diverse workforce.
This is a key leadership position where you will influence strategy, provide expert advice on staff wellbeing, build strong relationships across the Trust, and help create a positive, supportive culture. Your work will directly contribute to our wider HR & OD priorities and to making Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust an exceptional place to work.

To develop a service and Workforce Transformation and Engagement strategy with key stakeholders that is a route map for service change in order to deliver the Trust's vision and strategic objectives.
Working to the Deputy Director of HR and Organisational Development the post holder will have lead responsibility for the design, delivery and sustainability of workforce transformation and engagement in partnership with operational and clinical leads.

Approximately 568,000 people live here. A third of people who live in Cornwall are supported by acute hospital services in Devon. As a result, we also work closely with our partners in Devon. In the summer, and during other holidays lots of people choose to visit the area. This increase the numbers of people who use out services.
