Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented team secretary looking for a rewarding role in mental health services?
We are seeking a Team secretary to join our team and help deliver high-quality care within our service. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery across our well-established Adult ADHD service
What we're looking for:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, data systems).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- A passion for supporting mental health services and making a difference.
Main duties of the job
What you'll do:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Adult ADHD services
- Manage appointment scheduling, data entry, and maintain accurate records.
- Support communication between clinicians, service users, and partner organisations.
- Assist with reporting, audits, and service development projects.
