Job summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated High Intensity CBT Therapist to join our NHS Talking Therapies service. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives by delivering evidence-based psychological interventions.
As a High Intensity CBT Therapist, you will provide specialist cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) to individuals experiencing complex anxiety and depression-related problems. You will work within a supportive multidisciplinary team, offering both direct clinical care and expert consultation to colleagues and carers.
This job is currently only open to people who already work for the NHS in Cornwall or the Isles of Scilly. We are committed to supporting our dedicated staff, so only current employees of the following organisations can apply:

Main duties of the job
Deliver high intensity, evidence-based CBT interventions in line with NICE guidelines. Undertake comprehensive psychological assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.Provide advice and consultation on psychological care to non-CBT colleagues and carers.Work collaboratively across all sectors of care, adhering to professional standards and team policies. Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service development initiatives.
This position is part time.
This is a hybrid working position and will require the post holder to work in person with patients in our Central Cornwall bases as well as some time working remotely from home.
