Giving you a unique/excellent opportunity to work within Adult eating disorder services on a time limited basis.
We are looking for an experienced Mental Health Nurse, Occupational Therapist or Social Worker with 3 years plus expereince working in secondary care mental health environments; to join our dynamic FREED Pathway and lead its dedicated team in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions within the FREED pathway; which is embedded in the Adult Eating Disorder Service.
Joining our service now is an exciting time as the service is moving and shifting to meet the changing landscape of our ED population within the county of Cornwall.
We are seeking a motivated leader with:
- A professional qualification and registration as either a Mental Health Nurse, Social Worker or Occupational Therapist
- Experience in clinical management and supervising staff.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- A commitment to recovery-focused, person-centred care
Main duties of the job
- Lead a multidisciplinary team using awhole-team approach to deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions that promote engagement and recovery.
- Share in the clinical management of a defined caseload, ensuring service users receive focused, coordinated packages of care tailored to their needs.
- Develop strong interfaces with other services and agencies, fostering collaborative working to enhance outcomes.
- Supervise and support junior team members in line with Trust policy, promoting professional development and high standards of care.
- Work flexibly across the county of Cornwall.
