Are you an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented administrator looking for a rewarding role in mental health services?Would you like to play a key part in supporting the exciting expansion of our newly accredited Early Intervention in Psychosis Service in Cornwall?

We are seeking a Team Administrator to join our team and help deliver high-quality care within our service. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery across our well-established Early Intervention in Psychosis Service.

What we're looking for:

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and IT proficiency (Microsoft Office, data systems).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • A passion for supporting mental health services and making a difference.

Main duties of the job

What you'll do:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Early Intervention team.
  • Manage appointment scheduling, data entry, and maintain accurate records.
  • Support communication between clinicians, service users, and partner organisations.
  • Assist with reporting, audits, and service development projects.

About the Service: The Early Intervention in Psychosis Service in Cornwall, established in 2004, is nationally recognised for its quality and innovation. With the expansion to include the ARMS pathway, this is an exciting time to join and contribute to shaping the future of mental health care in Cornwall.

We're an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people's physical and mental health. We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent experience in administration
