Are you passionate about making a real difference in mental health care? We are looking for an experiencedTeam Manager to join our dynamic service and lead a dedicated team in delivering high-quality, evidence-based interventions.

Join our dedicated Home Treatment Team (HTT) and make a real difference in mental health care.We provide a 24/7 service, delivering urgent clinical assessments for individuals in immediate crisis whose needs are best met away from physical health settings such as A&E. Our team offers intensive home-based treatment for clients experiencing acute mental health distress who have chosen community care over hospital admission.

We are seeking a motivated leader with:

  • A professional qualification in mental health
  • Experience in clinical management and supervising staff.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • A commitment to recovery-focused, person-centred care

Main duties of the job

As a Team Manager, you will:

  • Lead a multidisciplinary team using a whole-team approach to deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions that promote engagement and recovery.
  • Share in the clinical management of a defined caseload, ensuring service users receive focused, coordinated packages of care tailored to their needs.
  • Develop strong interfaces with other services and agencies, fostering collaborative working to enhance outcomes.
  • Supervise and support junior team members in line with Trust policy, promoting professional development and high standards of care.
  • Work flexibly across two areas as directed by the HTT Manager, adapting to service needs.
