An exciting opportunity has arisen for Full time or part-time/job share Band 3 Support Secretary with the Countywide Parkinson's Service. We are seeking an experienced secretary who has an enthusiastic and flexible approach to a varied and sometimes pressurised workload.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, IT and time management skills, plus the ability to work independently without direct supervision as well as part of the Countywide Parkinson's Team.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide a medical secretarial service to fully support consultants, medical staff and other health professionals from the hospital setting including both outpatient and inpatient activity.

Ensuring all clinical activity and outcomes from consultations or episodes of care are recorded and relevant accurate correspondence is shared with appropriate course.
