An opportunity has arisen for a Deputy Hotel Services Manager. We are looking for two experienced professionals to join our facilities team.
As a Deputy Hotel Services Manager you will provide support to the Hotel Services Specialist across the Trust in both Hospital and Community Settings providing expert knowledge and guidance for Waste, Cleaning, Catering, Linen and Portering Services.
You will need to be both adaptable and flexible with experience of leading teams in delivering efficient and effective Hotel Services and Waste Services. Ensuring compliance with legislation and ensuring services meet set quality standards which satisfy both internal and external assurance requirements.
The role is a permanent, full-time role. Main duties of the job
To manage and develop cost effective waste and administrative services across Cornwall Partnership Trust and provide value for money and excellence in service provision.
To provide professional and proactive waste services and Hotel Services advice across the Cornwall Partnership Trust, encompassing compliance guidance both within a hospital environment and in a community setting
Manage staff and budgets across the waste services and Hotel services
To be involved and leaddelivery of waste management and Hotel Services changes, ensuring compliance with legislation and national guidance managing any changes through training, setting standards, monitoring compliance and reporting on assurance across the Cornwall Partnership Trust.
Coordinate performance data and information relating to types and volumes of waste produced across sites and organisations.
