Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Specialist Occupational Therapist lead, to join our Adult ADHD service in the beautiful county of Cornwall. This post is full time or would consider part time hours and will work along side the other Clinical Nurse Specialists in the team.

The Team are based in The Clays Practice Roche St Austell ,but as this is a county wide service, it is not expected to be at base everyday and some remote working is possible.

Main duties of the job

This post will provide ADHD assessment and ongoing care to adults with ADHD across the county of Cornwall.

We are looking for someone who has extensive experience working in mental health settings, with highly developed assessment and risk management skills. To take a lead in providing specialist occupational therapy input to Adult ADHD pathway including the delivery of a group programme for people referred to Adult ADHD services, ensuring clinical governance, quality assurance and OT professional standards are met.

This is an exciting time for Adult ADHD, as we are expanding our existing service. We are looking for an individual who is strongly motivated to work in this area, with a keen interest in neurodevelopmental disorders to provide excellent care to people that use our service.
