We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and forward-thinking Consultant Psychiatrist.
We are looking for someone with an awareness of psychological therapies to lead and develop the physical and psychiatric aspect of a well-established Community Adult Eating Disorders Service. As a service we take pride in our contribution to the development of the evidence base for eating disorders. The team have presented a wide range of workshops at the international conference over many years and have published several articles.
Our team of highly motivated colleagues are keen to influence change and culture within adult eating disorders service in Cornwall. This newly created post will offer you the opportunity to join us in its development and expansion.

We're an NHS community and mental health provider Trust based in Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. We deliver community and hospital-based care to improve people's physical and mental health.We also provide specialist support to people with dementia or a learning disability.

- Experience in assessing and treating mental health patients in out-patient and community settings
- Prior experience working in a Eating Disorder Service for Adults

- Completion of Clinical and Educational Supervisor Training - or demonstrated wilingness to undertake
